The music from the hit TV show ‘The Secret Life Of Us’ has made it onto a double CD featuring nothing but Australian artists. Included here are two songs from one of the show‘s stars, Abi Tucker, and it appears as though the marketing of the CD has been based around this. Unfortunately, her radio-friendly pop songs aren't much chop, but I guess fans of the show might enjoy them. The double CD basically features a collection of alternative hits ripped straight from JJJ's playlist. There is 78 Saab, Machine Gun Fellatio, Something For Kate, Pollyanna, Waikiki, and of course the show’s theme 'Death Defy’ by Melbourne rockers Motor Ace. As soundtracks go, this is neither exciting nor really worthwhile - well maybe just for the excellent Snout track ‘Tomorrow We Sing'. It's quite a good show though.
