The follow up to the first Secret Life Of Us (television show in Melbourne) soundtrack was officially launched on June 4 at St Kilda’s Prince of Wales. Almost the entire Secret Life cast attended the album launch, including Logie award winner Deborah Mailman who plays Kelly, Claudia Karvan who plays Alex, Samuel Johnson who plays Evan, Sibylla Budd, who plays Gabrielle, Abi Tucker, who plays Miranda and a few others. The all-Australian CD soundtrack features songs from well-known Aussie bands like The Superjesus, Killing Heidi and Eskimo Joe as well as a range of up and coming bands like Waikiki. The album wouldn’t be complete without the title track to the show, Motor Ace’s ‘Death Defy’. Secret Life Of Us 2 is out now through Liberation Music.
