The follow up to “Damage”, “Get Up” is probably more indicative of the predominant styles on the Dress Me Slowly album. An absolutely A-grade rock/pop song, “Get Up” motors along at a great rate; it will get you dancing around the lounge room in no time. There is, once again, a strong selection of B-sides. “Older Guys” is a loose Rolling Stones style tune about learning about life from the ‘older guys’. “Tourism” is a track the Stones would be happy to call their own. “Be Prepared” is an introspective autobiographical tune about being in the Sea Scouts and playing footy. “Damage” is also included as a bonus track.
