BAFTA award winning composer Nicholas Hooper has bagged his highest profile gig to date with this score to the latest Harry Potter box office gobbler. Also contributing is esteemed composer John Williams, as the score occasionally dips back into his well known Harry Potter signature, Hedwig’s Theme, which should arouse smiles of recognition amongst Potter fans. The lyrical orchestration and stirring atmospherics should keep the kids on the edge of their seats, although it would probably be wise to take them to see the film rather than give them this.
