Australian music fans of the late 1980s/early 1990s may recall the band Boom Crash Opera and one of their songs “The Best Thing”. Through the work of house producer Hook N Sling (AKA Anthony Maniscalco), the song comes back to life and has been gathering momentum around the club scene. The added dimension is that Boom Crash Opera singer Dale Ryder even returned to the fold and re-recorded his vocals for the release. It has been pulled together adeptly.
