There‘s only so many times you can revive an old classic and unfortunately for these guys, this was one time too many. They say the originals are always the best and this notion holds true to this re-creation of Diana Ross's and the Supremes smash hit, “Ain't No Mountain High Enough”. It's bad enough the guys are busting moves in their video clip that would put even the Backstreet Boys to shame, but what is worse is the song just lacks vital 'omph’ to welcome it into a new era. Sure it now comprises of male rather than female vocals, giving it the illusion of being new and improved, and the guys are in spunky matching suits and their voices are gorgeous, but that's where the pedal stops. There's nothing outlandishly new. The beat is the same, the words, no funny little remixes to spice things up and add a new twist. It sounds the same as the original and in that case, let me share a word to the wise: if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
