This is a very refreshing and well-honed album by the group. They delve into some experimental elements of synth and drum patterns that will attract and excite the listeners. The arrangements aren’t too complicated and there is plenty of melody. Check out the lounge-styled ‘La Folle Blanche’, the strong beats of ‘Fabu’, and the cool ‘Inspector Cube’. That’s probably the best samples of what they offer. They can crank things up too, as shown in ‘Can You Deal With That?’ which features vocals by Wu-Tang’s RZA. There are some good moments although the aficionados may demand more consistency in quality and production values.
