Josh is from Toowoomba in Queensland. He has led a life of hard work in the music circuit there and finally got an opportunity for great recognition in signing with ABC Records, who have great faith in his ability. He can very intense in displaying his personal vibes yet is smooth in this honesty. He has composed thought-provoking lyrics that he shares with the listener, from relaxed and positive gestures to more pensive, moody feelings. Josh is a very good guitarist and has able backing on the album. There are contributions from Midnight Oil guitarist Rob Hirst, on two tracks, and Charlie Sexton, Bob Dylan’s guitarist. A worthy effort.
