Townsville songstress Kate Martin is new to me, and she makes a good impression with this single. I haven't heard her debut album which she released last year, but her sweet, mellow tones and punchy chorus show much potential. The song is well arranged and one senses Kate has a really good ear for a melody. Listen out for the rich harmonies and good rhythm and we can only wait to hear much more from her in the future.
