Kimberley Locke is an American singer who I admire for her singing and songwriting skills. She has also become entrepreneurial by releasing this new EP on her own label I AM Entertainment. She has established a purposeful business plan and is enjoying fulfilling her own destiny. The EP has just been released in the US and a single “Finally Free” has also been released at Promo Only's exclusive 2011 Summer Sessions Artist Showcase sponsored by Denon and Chauvet at the House of Blues in Atlantic City. “Finally Free” is a terrific high energy dance beat-laden number sure to grab attention on radio. Kimberley is singling powerfully and there is a beautiful texture to her voice, with great development since I heard her earlier material. The remaining tracks also showcase a performer in great form. Expect further great music from her in the time ahead as she continues her determined quest for the top.
