Kim Sozzi has been of America's prolific underground dance music protagonists, through various projects and collaborations, for the past few years. She is now set to release her second studio album “Kim Sozzi” and she has just released the single “Little Bird”. This song is a cover from Annie Lennox of nearly twenty years ago and Kim does a very good job in staying true to the song's form, while adding her own personality and strong voice. There is a sense of extra bite from the original in attaining the progressive electro dance production quality. When you think more about it, it's an ambitious effort to take on this song and apply herself as a true artist. Kim has great vocal ability and I'm sure we'll see more of that character shine through on her album. Listen out for the edgy remixes, particularly that from Dark Intensity.
