When all was looking doubtful about Kylie Minogue performing live again, she bounced back from breast cancer to perform her late-2006 Australian tour with the courage and determination we've known to expect from her. Accordingly, this live recording from the tour is something she and her fans are to be proud of. Naturally, Kylie had to scale back the flair and pazazz of previous high-energy performances. The songs are all there, just the same and a great memory for collectors because we don't know whether she will perform those colourful and charismatic shows again. There is a medley of Stock, Aitken & Waterman songs, plus a lovely Indian feel on “Confide In Me” - with strings. There was a special appearance by U2's Bono who joined Kylie on “Kids”, the hit song Kylie had with Robbie Williams. It attracted a huge audience reaction. It was great to see Kylie back on stage and the 2-CD set is a worthy production.
