There are some beautifully laid-back jazz grooves on this album. Michael Langoth enjoys his craft and loves working with as many musicians as possible. He puts the class and finesse into several recordings to produce this excellent compilation. He shows his perfectionist tendencies while improvising around the informal way he operates his studio. The use of female vocalists and all the various instruments are well blended and concisely made. In keeping with some great downbeat cruisey compilations that Creative Vibes has released over the years, this is another set to savour.
