:: Lou DeAdder - LouD

Lou DeAdder

My youth may be letting me down here, but ‘LouD’ sounds suspiciously like something you could buy at a Frankie J Holden concert at the local R.S.L. As entertaining as that prospect sounds, thankfully there is a difference between the two, and ‘sounds like’ never is quite the same as ‘is’. Hailing from Ontario, Canada, DeAdder is a man in possession of some mean playing skills. With Fender Telecaster in hand he produces authentic rockin’ blues with lashings of genuine enthusiasm and skill. Whatever DeAdder lacks in vocal ability he makes up for in instrumental prowess, with guitar solo’s that are just superb. He is a man who has clearly devoted a lot of time to his craft, the result, an album that makes every attempt to connect on a very personal level. DeAdder’s heart and soul are in his songs, and his guitar is the perfect mouthpiece to deliver his message. Definitely one for the blues enthusiast, if ‘LouD’ was found at a Holden concert it would be top shelf without a doubt.
