Having enjoyed a successful last album and scoring good support slots earlier this year (Eric Clapton and Bonnie Raiit), Mia returns with a new single and her gravely voice is as prominent as ever, reminding of a female Bob Dylan on this rambling blues-tinged track. It's very late 60s blues rock in its sound and shows Mia in command of her writing and guitar skills. We await the new album with interest. Catch her doing single launch shows until mid July when she then embarks on a short overseas tour before launching her new album in August.
