This is the Panic!’s second hit, and the old formula rings true. A band that had a very successful first hit will have a second hit that is still good, but not as good as the first. This single sounds a bit like their first hit. Nevertheless, it has a bit of Panic’s punk and sing-a-long quality. You know they’re being a bit eccentric and tongue in cheek, and they can get away with it. This single is catchy and spunky, yet with none of the shock value of I Write Sins Not Tragedies.
