This Tennessee band has been a big talking point across music circles, being favourites on MTV and with soaring digital sales. Paramore has taken a big leap forward in terms of musical growth and sharpness of sound. With a blistering effort on this year's Vans Warped tour and a hit with the song “Misery Business”, they look set to make their mark in other parts of the world. Their Myspace page has logged in over 11 million plays to date and they are massively popular on Youtube. This album represents a great lift forward with terrific melodies and depth of songwriting. They're set for a tour of Australia soon and they have plenty of confidence and charisma with young lead singer Hayley Williams singing up a storm, with spells of angst and attitude, and being more than capable with a cool ballad.The musicianship is solid and meritorious and generally back up Hayley's drive in a catchy way. There is no mistaken the punchy sounds and talent that Paramore possesses, and we're sure to hear great things in the future.
