There really is so much to enthuse about this album. Love appears to be Kelly’s inspiration; the result, a fresh and emotive twenty-one track album that cannot be termed anything else but wonderful. Recorded in Melbourne in winter 2003, and mixed in England, this double disk album, Kelly’s ninth since ‘Post’, is rugged, raw and philosophical. Tracks which are highly recommended are ‘Gunnamatta’, ‘These are the Days’, and ‘Young Lovers’. This album is a definite ‘must-have’ for any Paul Kelly fan.
