:: Shea Fisher - Everyday Girl

Shea Fisher

Young country music singer Shea Fisher makes a bold and invigorating impression in her debut album “Everyday Girl”. Recorded in Nashville, Shea shows her country girl qualities but doesn‘t overdo the genre's songwriting penchants (although the American accent is very evident, due to living most of her teenage years in the USA), instead thinking about the issues concerning her age group. She has the style, the look, and singing talent to be one of the engaging singers of the Australian music scene for some time. Shea is well known for her rodeo skills (she is the daughter of legendary rodeo stars Eddie & Joanne Fisher), having displayed her craft at Tamworth earlier this year and at other notable events. As well as her youthful energy, she can sing with much gusto and verve, and generally brings a fresh outlook on country-pop with a dash of rock 'n’ roll thrown in. Naturally, there is much more improvement to come - in her vocal attributes and songwriting skill, but at age nineteen Shea has much to look forward to. As such she has already been invited to the Country Music Association Music Festival in Nashville in June 2008 where she hopes to link up with noteworthy country music singer-songwriters. She is definitely one very determined artist and we look ahead to greener pastures for her.
