An all-girl punk-rock trio from Melbourne who first caught my eye at this year’s Big Day Out, where they demonstrated a sheer love for getting out there and performing to the best of their ability. Already their very catchy single “Paco Doesn’t Love Me” had scored good airplay and it set a pattern for their daring, no-nonsense attitude contained in the album. The listener should feel alive and kicking upon their observations in what these girls can do. They emerge as one of the freshest, engaging all-girl bands Melbourne has seen for a while, talking about subjects close to a the female's heart and they have a vibrancy and joy to win over fans. They even throw in an old 60s favourite “My Boyfriend’s Back” and give it a ripping version. Be sure to see them on the live seen and they should be prominent around festivals time.
