Tanya has undergone musical life changes over a long period and this, her third solo album, takes the listener into the unknown somewhat, but still full of richness and energy. She has a very individual style of crafting songs and she wraps up her stories in a package containing acoustic guitar and piano arrangements that serve to complement her subtle voice. The wafting, contemplative songs do her justice and there is honesty and warmth to this album. Definitely worth a listen because Tanya is a singer that shouldn’t be ignored.
