It didn’t take me long to fall in love with their ‘Songs Of Love And Chaos’ EP. This is rock in its purest. ‘So Long, Long Gone’ blasts from your stereo in typical ‘in-your-face’ confronting rock. The rawness of ‘Victoria’ is a welcome sound and the brashness goes well with a beautiful melody. Gareth Eunson’s vocals shine on ‘Live Is Awaiting’ while the very busy ‘Tulip Face And Angry Dan’ reminds you just how good rock music can be. ‘Beat Your Belly’ has the intensity of Fire Underground and the style of The Cassanovas while ‘Lord, I’ve Dug My Grave’ is a dark haunting song that you will want to listen to over and over.
