The Sydney duo Jo Lament and Ollie Chang set the place alight with their second album. Meticulous production skills amid the clever songwriting and capable vocals brought in. Vassy is terrific on ‘Redroom’. She is being well featured everywhere, it seems, at the moment. Pat Brow, Tash Rate, Royce & Nash Ferguson also make worthy vocal contributions. Generally, this album is a fine collection of funky electronic music with elements of various other musical forms, all innovative and attractive. There is a beautiful flow to the set – Jo and Ollie do it all themselves and add in the vocalists. Very cohesive.
