The big-selling American R&B star has had a huge album out recently and this latest single is one of his most creative, although it may not be everyone's preferred flavour. His smooth falsetto croon certainly sells. Here, he squeals over a slow-tempo groove. It's not bad technically, but it's hard to take Usher completely seriously when he insists on wailing each line. He probably should stick to his typically solid party tunes.
