This is a cool collection of treats for the summer holiday season. The Euro-flavoured selection has some rare interpretations of what Christmas favourites can sound like with synth-grasped brainpower. ‘White Christmas’ gets the Love Colony treatment of a hip-hop kick, whilst the unique heavy beats contained in ‘Silent Night’ and ‘The First Noel’ could make you wonder about where the spirit of Christmas lies. They are hardly recognisable. The sometimes quirky interpretations are amusing and this modern-day adventure might bring some extra cheer.
