The Veronicas

The Veronicas have once again produced a single which is bound to impress their fans. Their new single ‘This Love’ is pure Veronicas with a slow building intro that leads to a more passionate chorus. The repetitiveness of their songs is also present but it is catchy, so it works. Due to the upbeat tempo of the song I found myself unaware of the true meaning of the lyrics until about halfway through. ‘This Love’ focuses on a dying relationship which they are unwilling to give up on. However the music doesn’t really reflect this. Overall I found myself enjoying this song as it is a definite crowd pleaser.
