:: A Thing For Kate - Prince Of Wales, St.Kilda - November 2008

It was quite deserving that many local musicians and industry guests turned out in force to support one of their own industry favourites, Kate Bentley, who has sadly been diagnosed with cancer.

For many years Kate held a position at Premier Artists booking agency and she has seen many musicians come through the company's doors.

A wonderful night's entertainment was therefore provided with appearances by Paul Kelly, James Reyne, Nick Barker, Vika & Lina Bull, Ella & Jesse Hooper (ex-Killing Heidi), Piero Gigliotti (from Pseudo Echo) and Mark Seymour, amongst others, at “A Thing For Kate” at the Prince of Wales Hotel in St.Kilda. Proceeds raised from the gig went towards Kate's fight against cancer. We wish her the best in a quick recovery.
