Centro Bankstown shoppers were recently wowed by one of Australia’s top R&B groups, Random. The winners of Channel 10’s “The X-Factor” performed at the shopping centre and sang hit single “Put Your Hands Up”.

The cheers and screams from the 1000 plus crowd saw Random perform another three songs including “Shake it Down” their audition song from the X Factor, “Zippity Doo Da” which will be featuring on their upcoming album and finally the Boyz II Men hit “I Promise You”.

Shoppers and fans were the first to learn that Random will in fact be touring with Boyz II Men in September this year.

Asked how winning the X Factor had changed their lives, the boys replied, “Wwe are living our dreams for real”. Ron Glasel, NSW State Marketing Manager Centro Properties Group, said, “The crowd went crazy as Random walked out onto the stage”. They are a very popular group in this area and they really knew what the audience wanted and performed to that.”

Random spent the duration of their time at Centro Bankstown signing copies of their first single “Put Your Hands Up”. Their album is due for release at the end of July.
