  • Funktion-One state of the art sound system
  • Showcasing the best in cutting edge electronic music
  • Intimate environment between DJ & the crowd
  • Interior design by award winning interior designer Greg Natale
  • Part nightclub, part lounge club
  • Unparalleled level of customer service
  • Comfortable lounges, creative surroundings and lighting
  • Showcasing modern art from both local and international artists - to be used for fashion shows, promoting both established and up-and-coming Australian designers

Nevermind is brought to you by Scott Robertson and Steve Lowe. Originally from Scotland, Scott has been promoting clubs internationally for the last 12 years, spending the last 5 of those years developing his infamous club brand ‘KINK’ all across Australia. Prior to his role as Manager and Licensee at Lady Lux, Steve was an international fashion photographer. They both met at Lux one fateful Sunday night, hit it off (almost) straight away and soon after came to the realisation that they were both longing for a new venture and an opportunity to do things their own way.

With a little luck on their side they stumbled across an unused nightclub space on Sydney's notorious Oxford Street strip. The space had lay dormant for over a year but with some foresight the guys could instantly see the potential it held. Behind the scenes tireless work went into reinstating its 5.00am nightclub license with the local council and when that finally fell into place, work quickly began on stripping the venue back to its bare bones and with a clean slate to work from, they set about realising their dream, which would soon become NEVERMIND.

The venue is purpose-designed, built specifically with the DJ in mind by people genuinely inspired by the music and with over 10 years of experience in the business. Booking adventurously, Nevermind promises to push the boundaries in terms of balancing quality music with appeal through its weekly schedule with a policy reared on integrity and diversity. The 345 capacity, single room layout creates an electric intimacy between the DJ and crowd.
